4th of July Fireworks in San Francisco

Are you thinking about watching the Independence Day Fireworks at Pier 39 in San Francisco? Ride Caltrain to San Francisco and enjoy one of California’s most spectacular pyrotechnic displays.

Caltrain will operate Sunday service and add three extra trains after the fireworks to make sure you will be back home fast and safe. The first special train will depart from the San Francisco station at 11 p.m., or when full, and express to San Carlos, making all local stops until the San Jose Diridon station. The second special train will leave at 11:15 p.m., or when full, and the last will depart at midnight; both trains will make all local stops until the San Jose Diridon station.

Caltrain encourages you to purchase a Day Pass on your way to the festivities to avoid delays in boarding after the show. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on trains beginning at 9 p.m.
